A Berlin student who found an early Baroque painting in the back of a couch has seen the piece sell for 19,200 Euros.
The painting was found between the folding sections of a second hand sofa bed, which was bought at a market for only 150 Euros according to Ketterer Kunst auctioneers in Hamburg.
Although the artist has not been identified, the painting Preparations for the flight to Egypt is believed to originate from the early 17th century.
